We carried on practising a two man settle and a three man settle.
First we practised a two and three man settles two get ready for a game of touch. Coach Mark told us to aim for one person when we drive the ball down the field.
Afterwards we played a game of touch to. The game was for learning how to play and how to use a two and three man settle.
I did well with the two man settles and three man settles. I needed to do well because I was confused when I was doing the three man settles with Xavier and Hector.
