This week for Touch Rugby we learnt two new skills.

First we did a three man settle. A three man settle includes three people. The first person has to run and plant the ball. Then the second person comes and pick up the ball and pass the ball to the third person.

Afterwards we did a two man settle. A two man settle includes two people. The person in the front has to run and plant the ball then the second person runs and plant the ball. Then the second person comes and pick up the ball and passes to the first person.

I enjoyed Touch Rugby because I learnt how to do a three man settle and a two man settle.
