Today for touch rugby we learnt two new skills.

The first skill we learnt was a two man settle. The person with the ball has to run and plant the ball when they get touched. Then the second person comes and picks up the ball and passes it to the first person.

The second skill we learnt was a three man settle. There three people: person a, person b, and person c. Person a has to get touched and plant the ball. Person b has to pick up the ball and pass it to person c.

Afterwards we played a game of touch but we have to walk. The rules are: you are not allowed to be offside, you have to be 5 metres away, and you have to plant the ball where you got touched.

I had so much fun learning new skills.
