Potting Plants

Follow these intructions to plant tomato seeds.

Watch out for a bacteria which is called Legionella longbeachae which will cause you to get sick and will possibly die when inhaling the bacteria.

Materials:

• Mask
• Potting mix
• Seeds
• A trowel or shovel
• Planter box
• Gloves
• Water

Steps:

1. Get all the equipment which are the soil, your seeds and water. 

2.  Dig your soil with the trowel into your planter box.

3. Poke a hole in your soil to put your seeds in.

4. Leave it in a sunny place to grow.

L.I To learn about light and sound vocabulary.

This week I learnt about light and sound vocabulary.

For inquiry I did an activity called find, draw, animate, act.

For find you have to find a picture of the word to help explain what it means.

For act you have to act the word to show its definition: vibration.

For draw you have to draw to explain what it means.

This activity was very helpful with my vocabulary.
