The tuatahi exercise I did was Ringa pakia. Ringa pakia is a Maori exercise which is used in hakas and special occasions.
The next exercise I did was Nonoho which is squats. Squats are going down and up with your legs straight and your back staright.
The last exercise I did was Wara Nohotu which is wall sits. Wall sits are pretending your sitting on a chair on a wall with your back straight and your feet still.
This was challenging because afterwards my legs were shaking.
