Balance

We practised how to balance. We used different techniques to help us balance.

Balance is trying to keep your body stable and still andtrying to not move. When balancing you will create big movements. When making big movements you will fall and your body will get a reaction when you fall and you will put your hands out to save you.

The first activity was called the bench activity. The activity was to balance on the beam and try not to fall of the beam.

The last activity was called football balance. 3 people had to take turns trying to balance on a football and the other two people help the person get on the football and try and stay stable on the ball until the person on the ball says they can let go.

I wasn't very good at balancing on the football because I was making big movements. Next time I need to practise balancing on the football.
