Swimming

Today for swimming we learnt to float on our back, and dolphin kicking. Our coaches name was James. First we practise how to swim without moving our arms.

Then we practise floating on our back. First we had to keep our arms out so we can move faster.
We had to keep our heads facing the roof so we can breathe. Lastly we learnt how to dolphin kick. We have to dive in the water then we have to wiggle forward and back.

I enjoyed swimming and learning new skills.
